Submitting Transcripts

Submitting transcripts for admission? We'll need official documents for the highest level of education completed. Please note that we do not accept transcripts that have been emailed or faxed. Depending on your classification, here’s what you’ll need to submit:

College Transfers

You will need to submit official transcripts from ALL previous colleges. We accept official transcripts via:

  • SPEEDE (electronic transcript system)
  • Parchment (electronic or mailed transcript system)
  • Mail-in a Sealed Envelope
  • Hand Carried in a Sealed Envelope

Please submit your official high school transcript with a graduation date. We accept official transcripts via:

  • TREX electronic transcript system

International Students

Transcripts from colleges or high schools located outside of the United States will need to be sent to a Brazosport College approved Evaluation Service. You can find a list of accepted credential evaluation service providers on the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services or NACES website.
