About Student Life

Mission Statement

In support of the College’s mission, the Office of Student Life supports student success by providing quality engagement opportunities through leadership development, civic engagement, intercultural awareness, and personal development that compliment academic programs and enhance the educational experience for Brazosport College students.

Outcomes

As a result of participating in Student Life sponsored activities:

Leadership: Students will be able to apply quality leadership skills in their communities, work settings, and families.

Civic Engagement: Students will be able to recognize their responsibility to positively contribute to their campus, local, and global communities.

Intercultural Awareness: Students will be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of various elements important to various cultures in preparation to work in and contribute to a culturally diverse global community.

Personal Development: Students will be able to commit to physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness in support of a healthy lifestyle.
