 Dual Enrollment

Start college now! Dual Enrollment courses allow a high school student to attend and earn college credit while still in high school.

Apply to Brazosport College

All new dual students must be admitted to Brazosport College. The Texas 2 year application must be filled out prior to enrollment.

Dual Credit

Reach your educational goals faster! The Dual Credit program allows eligible high school students take college courses and receive credits for both high school graduation and a college degree.

College Readiness

Dual enrollment students, taking non-CTE courses, are required to take the Texas Success Initiative or TSI Exam to determine your readiness for college-level work. Some students may qualify for an exemption if they meet certain criteria.

Cost of Dual Enrollment

BC has partnered with school districts to provide many different options when it comes to funding dual credit courses. Dual credit scholarships may also be available to students.

Catalyst Program

The Catalyst program allows high school students (admitted in 10th grade) to take a structured path in order to attain an associate degree in an in demand field. Students will earn an associate degree in a high-demand field one year after graduating from high school. The three year program is free to admitted students meeting semester eligibility.
