Welcome to School & College Partnerships at Brazosport College. School & College Partnerships collaborates with education partners, oversees dual enrollment, and creates and coordinates college-going activities that encourage early access to higher education.
We’re eager to guide and empower you to the next step toward success and achieving your potential!
Start college now! Dual Enrollment courses allow a high school student to attend and earn college credit while still in high school.
All new dual students must be admitted to Brazosport College. The Texas 2 year application must be filled out prior to enrollment.
Reach your educational goals faster! The Dual Credit program allows eligible high school students take college courses and receive credits for both high school graduation and a college degree.
Dual enrollment students, taking non-CTE courses, are required to take the Texas Success Initiative or TSI Exam to determine your readiness for college-level work. Some students may qualify for an exemption if they meet certain criteria.
BC has partnered with school districts to provide many different options when it comes to funding dual credit courses. Dual credit scholarships may also be available to students.
The Catalyst program allows high school students (admitted in 10th grade) to take a structured path in order to attain an associate degree in an in demand field. Students will earn an associate degree in a high-demand field one year after graduating from high school. The three year program is free to admitted students meeting semester eligibility.
Students seeking admission for Catalyst must apply their 10th grade year.
Students follow either a Chemical Technology – Process Operations pathway or Instrumentation pathway.
