Important Message Concerning Inclement Winter Weather

Due to forecasted inclement winter weather and hazardous road conditions, all Brazosport College face-to-face on campus format college classes, day and evening, as well as campus operations, including the Bill & Julia May Children’s Center, are cancelled for Monday, February 15th, 2021 through Tuesday, February 16th at 5 p.m. Online courses and college services will proceed as scheduled remotely. Brazosport College employees should work remotely to every extent possible.  Faculty, staff, and students should not come to campus on Monday all day or Tuesday until 5 p.m.

The Community Health Network at Brazosport College will only be available remotely on Monday, February 15th and Tuesday, February 16th. To schedule a telemedicine appointment, please call 281-824-1480.

The Brazosport College Board of Regents will hold its regularly scheduled meeting Monday evening at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom in accordance with the suspension of certain provisions of the Open Meetings Act as issued by the Office of the Governor in accordance with Section 418.016 of the Texas Government Code.

We will continue to monitor weather conditions and a decision regarding the status of evening (5pm or later) classes held on Tuesday, February 16th, will be made by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 15th. Updates will be posted on the Brazosport College website and all BC social media accounts.
