Cake Decorating - Beginning

This course is an introduction to icing techniques and variations of design.  Learn how to stack and shape cakes along with a variety of frosting and royal icing piping, flowers, and basket weaving techniques.  This is a hands-on course so come prepared to design the cake you have always wanted.  All materials provided and you will take home your own creation.

Cake Decorating - Gum Paste

Learn the basics of making gum paste flowers and molds.  Gorgeous flowers are a classic and impressive way to decorate any cake. With step by step instruction, you will make flowers that look real enough to smell.  Using molds, learn to create individualistic characters to complement any presentation.

Let’s Get Cooking! Culinary Series

This is a hands-on cooking series.  Students will prepare all parts of the four to five course meals and sit together to enjoy the fruits of their labor.  Students may bring libations to enjoy while preparing/eating the meal Recipes are included. Vegetarian Meals - Mexican Style

When you think of Mexican cooking, it's hard not to think of carnitas, carne asada, beef enchiladas and tacos, etc.  Creating vegetarian food is a lot easier than you think!  Join us and learn how to make a three course vegetarian Mexican meal, with two different chile sauces.  Recipes are included.
