Changing the pin on your CISCO Phone

  1. To reset your Cisco phone password, using a Web Browser go to: 10.0. 21 .12/inbox (Do NOT type anything else)
  2. If a certificate error pops up, click on “continue to this website.”
  3. Login with your Brazosport College username and password, then click Sign In.
  4. Click on Settings > Passwords > Change Pin
  5. Type your new pin and click save.

Please note: If you change your mind and what to change your pin again, you must wait one minute before the system will allow you to create a new pin.
