DIY workshops continue on Thursdays in October, November

Fri Oct 2, 2020

Brazosport College’s Employee Development Center and the Office of Student Life have teamed up to introduce a new series of workshops that are perfect for online enjoyment.

The College’s new Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Thursdays offers students and employees an opportunity to cook and craft together with a variety of interactive projects. The workshops are presented live, with supplies and projects for most projects available via mail or campus pickup.

Throughout October and November, participants can learn how to make delicious Central American and Colombian dishes, as well as craft bracelets, wreaths, dreamcatchers and more. From creating splatter screen Halloween pumpkins to making laundry detergent, there’s something for everyone.
