Brazosport College to offer more One-Stop Registration sessions

The number of students inside the hall at one time is also limited to prevent overcrowding.

To ensure the health and safety of all in attendance, students are required to participate in a health screening prior to entering the building to start the registration process. Face coverings are also required.

For those needing one-on-one, in-person assistance with registration for the Fall 2020 semester, Brazosport College has scheduled a more opportunities to take advantage of its One-Stop Registration.

The next on campus registration assistance opportunities at the Dow Academic Center are scheduled for:

  • Tuesday, August 18 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • Tuesday, August 18 from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Wednesday, August 19 from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 20 from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Friday, August 21 from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Health screening should be completed via the COVID-19 Health Screening questionnaire (www.brazosport.edu/screening) and masks are required at all times on campus.

Various safety precautions are in place to ensure the health and safety of all in attendance. All students are required to wear face coverings and observe all physical distancing rules, along with other health requirements. Depending on the number of people inside the Dow Academic Center, students may have to wait in their vehicle until space is available for them to enter the building.

Through its One-Stop Registration, students are able to complete the steps needed to register for the Fall 2020 semester, including admissions, advising, financial aid, student services and tuition payment. Deans, counselors, admissions and financial aid specialists, and academic advisors will all be available to speak to students.

Students are encouraged to have completed an application, which can be found at www.applytexas.org, before coming to a registration event. Students should also bring picture ID, proof of address, copies of transcripts and disability paperwork, if applicable.

Students can also register for Fall classes online — 24 hours a day, seven days a week — through the College’s registration system, MyBC.
