BC’s nursing program to hold virtual information session

Wed Mar 24, 2021

Brazosport College’s nursing program will hold a virtual information session at 4 p.m. on March 30 to inform interested candidates about the College’s nursing programs.

The session will cover a range of topics, such as what BC offers, dates of application cycles, application requirements and the latest program changes.

Brazosport College currently offers an Associate Degree of Nursing (ADN) program, a Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) program and an LVN to AND Transition.

To register to receive a Zoom link for the information session, go to choosebc.info/nursinginfosession.

A registered nurse is a graduate from an approved professional ADN program and has passed the National Council Licensure Exam for registered nurses (NCLEX-RN). An RN assesses patient health problems and needs, develops and implements nursing care plans, and documents care. An RN provides nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent or disabled patients.
