BC’s nursing program to host open house on Aug. 24
A career in healthcare is both rewarding and important to our communities. It’s a high-demand profession that makes a difference in peoples’ lives and contributes to a healthier world.
For those interested in a career in healthcare, Brazosport College is providing an opportunity to ask questions about the nursing profession and learn more about the healthcare field.
Brazosport College’s Department of Nursing is hosting an Open House for the community from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 24. The Open House will be in the Byron and Sandra Sadler Health Professions/Science Complex at Brazosport College.
By attending the Open House one can learn how Brazosport College’s nursing program provides students with the quality education necessary for entering the essential, high-demand profession.
The event includes tours of BC’s nursing department labs, facilities and classrooms, a meet and greet with nursing faculty and a nursing program informational presentation.
The open house is open to the community, and anyone interested in learning in learning more about a career in healthcare. Current students are also welcome to bring their families.
