Student Food Pantry

To Contribute: 

We will take items that are pop-top (needing no can opener) and need  no refrigeration.   Bring the items to Pantry location. 
 The committee will be looking into grant possibilities. If you know of a resource that would contribute, please let us know.
§ Gift cards –small amounts i.e. $10 or $15
§ Tuna, or chicken in small cans
§ Soups or ravioli single serve
§ Peanut butter
§ Meals with meat & vegetables (Dinty Moore, or Chef Boyardee, Hormel…)
§ Cans of beans, or dried + rice
§ Granola bars

 

     
Financial Contributions are accepted at the Cashiers Window and deposited into account #07601
Human Resources has form for payroll deduction

  Food Pantry volunteer will ask for current Student ID and some tracking information.
§  The need for more than one day of meals  
§  If the student thinks that, they will need additional help in the future to return the bag.  (To reduce the need of donated bags.)
§  Make an effort to guide the student to a local food pantry for further help, and to see a counselor here on campus.
