The John & Suanne Roueche Excellence Awards celebrates outstanding contributions and leadership by community college faculty and staff is a wonderful benefit for League members.
 
Minnie Stevens Piper Professor Nomination

Begun in 1958, with eight awards, the roster of Piper Professors includes outstanding professors from two and four-year colleges and universities, public and private.Ten awards of $5,000 each are made annually to professors for superior teaching at the college level. Excellence, Piper Professor Nominee & League Award Winners
Each fall, typically in September Brazosport College holds nominations from faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students for the Teaching Excellence/Piper Professor and Staff Excellence awards in which someone is elected for these two wonderful recognitions.
What do you get besides the great recognition? An enriching trip to an appropriate professional conference or aaccess to tools which will enhance their outstanding work at Brazosport College.
