Audience

This course is designed for individuals interested in learning the skills necessary to compose and send email, schedule appointements and meetings, manage contact information and tasks, and use notes in Microsoft Office Outlook 2010.

 

Description

Upon successful completion of this course, individuals will be able to:

  • Explore the Outlook interface, send email and respond to messages
  • Organize email messages into folders
  • Manage contacts and contact information
  • Schedule appointments, events and meetings
  • Manage tasks and notes
