Puppies brought to campus to help relieve stress during finals

Wed Dec 11, 2013
Brazosport College’s Student Government Association and the SPCA of Brazoria County teamed up recently for a bit of stress relief, as well as a good cause.

The SPCA of Brazoria County brought puppies to the college campus on Dec. 10 for students to walk and play with.

The event provided students a brief break from the stress of final exams. At the same time, all dogs were up for adoption.

One of the canines, Skittles, believed to be a Dachshund mix, found a permanent home when he was adopted on the spot. The event also collected monetary donations for the SPCA.
