Brazosport College was recently named among the country’s “25 Safest Colleges,” according to student reviews compiled by the website, Cappex.com.

Listed at No. 10, Brazosport College was ranked as the safest college in the state. Three Texas colleges were included in the list, including Wayland Baptist University at No. 15 and Lubbock Christian University at No. 17.

The results were part of the website’s 2015 Cappies Awards, which honored America’s top 25 favorite schools across multiple categories. Results are compiled from more than 1.4 million student reviews on more than 2,000 colleges and universities.

Cappex.com is visited by more than 8.5 million students each year, helping to connect students with more information about college and financial aid resources.
